Qi Gong à Shanghai
20 septembre 2014

Special class : Nei Gong

I am glad to announce that we will open a class on Saturday mornings during six weeks start in 18 of october.

Dr Sun will teach us Nei Gong, a form of internal qi gong, very interesting to learn, based on ba duan jin.

Saturday morning from 9 to 12 o’clock. It will start on the 18th of October 2014 at the Research institute of Qi Gong of Shanghai, Wanping Nan lu 650 (metro station Dong An)

The Qi gong should be Nei Gong ba Duan Jin.

The practice will teach by Sun Lei Laoshi, who is a Chinese traditional doctor, specialist in  Nei Tuina and Nei Gong. (Nei is the internal qi).

He can teach in chinese and in english, and I will be there to help for a better understanding (but I am not a translator, as I said to you, I work with Sun Lei since more than 3 years now, so I can help others to understand his meaning when needed but he improves his English and probably you don’t need any translation !)

He has developed a technic to teach which is very specific and helpful to understand and feel the energy without words… It is why it is so powerfull and interesting, for my side !

6 sessions, 3 hours each time (9 to 12 o’clock)

Planning could be

1er session : 18th october

2d session : 25th october

3d : 1st november

4th : 8th november

5th : 15th november

6th : 29th November

The price should be paid during the first session, 6*300 =1800 RMB per person.

This group should be a very small group, so register as soon as possible if you have interest. I will treat the demand in order of contact.
