We will learn the eight movements of Ba duan jin 八段錦 in this weekend retreat.This qi gong was created during the song dynasty and was modified during the Ming dynasty.This practice combines static postur, meditation and dynamism. It helps to cultivate the vital energy with body and mind.It is helpful for tendons and muscles but also organs, circulation in the body. Some medical studies on insomnia, depression, cancer, demonstrated this practice can have impressive effects on the health.We will learn all the movements slowly by slowly to be able to memorize them and understand the most important points to practice in a good way.At the end of the weekend, you will be able to follow this practice in a smooth way and you can feel the peace in your heart and your mind.
从上海出发在绍兴会稽山上迎接红日,跟随寺庙清规,早课唱诵、打坐、习练八段锦。在宁静的山间学习古老的中国文化——气功,学习如何作用我们的身体与心灵。在河畔跟随法师行禅探讨生命的真相。佛陀说:“你们要去经验要去体悟这个才是你们的真理”。如果不踏上心灵的幽径,又怎样找到回家的路。用真实的修行者的生活方式抚平我们的心绪并将时间轻轻关闭,从而感受永恒..Experience a different weekend in mountain, learn Chinese Ancient Qigong as a therapy , Tailor your practice. Live in conform to the temple regular life for 2 days and 2 nights, all timing is designed according to the temple and spiritual practice.

3八段锦介绍 About BA DUAN JIN
健身气功八段锦的起源可以追溯到远古时代的导引术。4000~5000年前,中国中原大地洪水泛滥,百姓深受雨水潮湿的侵害,筋骨多瑟缩而不达,气血多郁滞而不行。有贤能者发明了“舞”,用来摆脱这些病痛。这种祛病健身的“舞”后来就演变成导引术。导引者,导气令和,引体令柔;导引术就是通过自身的特殊锻炼方式,使机体气机流畅,骨正筋柔;可以很好的激发自身调理能力,消除病痛,增进健康,延缓衰老。

健身气功八段锦当初是由一些治病保健的单式动作发展组合起来的,因此八段锦每一式都有其独自的功效,既可选择单式或几式练习,也可以整套练习。

八段锦:

  1. 双手托天理三焦

  2. 左右开弓似射雕

  3. 调理脾胃须单举

  4. 五劳七伤往后瞧

  5. 摇头摆尾去心火

  6. 两手擎足固肾腰

  7. 揣拳怒目增力气

  8. 背后七颠百病消

Qi Gong, also known as “Life Energy Cultivation”, is a mind-body practice that integrates postures, movement, breathing techniques, and focused intention. It improves mental and physical health by creating greater alignment between the movement of mind, body and spirit and cultivating equilibrium in all aspects of our being.

Medical Qi Gong 气功 is therefore a potent holistic healing system, offering tools and techniques both for healing your body and raising your consciousness. The oldest therapeutic modality of Chinese medicine, it is based in the ancient wisdom of observation of the laws of nature and in the application of this wisdom to diagnosing the habitual patterns of each person, both in their physical and mental body.About BaDuanJin:1. Claire Zmiro - 柯灵 French

Live Shanghai 5 years.She learned Qi gong and practiced with Dr. Sun Lei as well as he asked her to teach at the research Institute of Qi gong in shanghai (wanping nan lu 650).She is able to teach Ba duan jing, in a nei gong form and also liu zi jue. Claire can teach and correct the posture of everyone during the weekend, as you can understand the most important points for the first standing position but also in all of the eight movements of BaDuanJing.Everyone will receive personal advices for his own progress in ba duan jin. She is also an accredited coach. 

柯灵,住在中国5年的法国人。她跟从上海气功研究所的孙磊老师习练气功以及教授气功-八段锦以及六字诀。她将多年的习练经验与我们分享,并一对一的指导和纠正练习的姿势与功法。我们在将周末学习八段锦的练习及运用在每天的生活中提高我们的身体素质以及正念的练习。

- Keep Silent (except question/answer time, always can have a walk outside the temple if required)
